From Struggle to Strength: Leneka's Story
Leneka Harris, the driving force behind Moms Helping Moms Resource Center, shares her personal journey. Born and raised in Prentiss, MS, Leneka watched her mother struggle to raise four children. Later, as a young single mother herself, she experienced the overwhelming challenges of finding affordable childcare, securing employment, and battling feelings of isolation. This experience ignited a passion within her to create a supportive community for mothers facing similar hardships in El Paso.
